Join Associations
Join a reputable industry association. Almost all associations have their own website and often list their members.
Join a relevant listserv and circulate your url.

Is there an interesting fact or potential story related to your business and website? Does your company have have helpful tips about relevant information related to your company that people might be interested in? Pitch your story to a reporter, and they might link to your site in an online story.
Press releases If your company has scheduled a significant public event, or significan changes to your business consider creating a press release through a site like http://www.prweb.com. There is a cost for this service.
Suppliers
Do your suppliers have websites? If so see if they are interested in adding your site to a local distributers of their products
